XLM BTC - am I reading it right? Penant showing coming change?

I am not having much of experience. However I see that forming closing pattern ... most likely signalling break in trend. I would expect the trend would break up (if there would not be sudden drop in the whole cryptomarket - assuming that BTC would drop down - pattern here would be broken).
I do bet on growth, however I am still far from certain, moreover I don't now how to valuate potential growth. (to take the "flag pole" as a measure of growth seem to be too brave here)

Any suggestions?
