$0.41 to $0.47 May Be Our High Instead of $0.51 to $0.57; WHY?

I cover my Phoenix RVI (Relative Velocity Index) in this video to explain WHY we may not make it to the 1.618 FIB Extension Range Between $0.51 and $0.57. All too often (in the past) XRPUSD has disappointed by NOT making it to the 1.618 FIB Extension over and over again. We MIGHT have to wait until March, 2021 before we have a bull rally like the one that began in March, 2017. We will find out soon enough...
