Djed Alliance, the curator of the stablecoin protocol Djed, announced that the protocol is now live on Milkomeda-C1, an EVM-compatible Cardano sidechain.
This marks the third deployment of Djed, and more importantly, its first deployment on Solidity, the primary programming language for writing smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. The new deployment is expected to lay the groundwork for its expansion to several other EVM-compatible blockchains.
