The past 4 months has been very interesting for AMD. We have been noticing the same symmetric tangle, followed by a consolidation period, and finally, the a lift off. Are we entering another consolidation period followed by a lift off?

-plans to raise $600 Million in common stock from the Publick Market
-Plans to raise $450 Million in convertible senior notes due 3026 ($30 million goes to the costs of the transaction)
-ruffly around 10% dilution.
Summry:
Looks like AMD wants to attack it's debt in the short run for long run gains.

I feel that this dilution will affect this stock in a positive light. Still bullish. Going to 8...10..and so on!

Correction has corrected today. This fallout from the symmetric triangle has been noticed back in June too followed by a trend upword. I still believe that with the announcement of the Playstation 4 Pro , current polaris line we will push higher.

today marks the lower Resistance line. i've lost a lot of money the past few days but I refuse to sell. I still see this push forward next week and recover most of the losses.

From the looks of it we are at the end of the dilution period.
I'm happy to say that I re-positioned myself for better gains. I sold half my profits friday and bought 200+ $9 january 20 2017 Calls and 200+ $8 April 21 2017 calls at a deal. I also now own 4,500 shares of AMD Long term stock.
