$AMD on the left shoulder of a Head n Shoulders?

This is a hailmary but this what I see. After earnings, the uptrend continues to the $40 area that will be the head and the right shoulder will follow with prices to fall below $20 by the fall of 2019. That is when America will find out who will the next CEO of the largest economy in the world will be.
