In this particular I utilize the risk v. Reward idea to help determine if this would be a safe trade. Basically one would just subtract there entry point by their stop loss to calculate their risk then subtract their entry point by the take profit (which may vary depending on the person) in order to calculate the reward. From there just multiply your risk by 3( chose the number 3 because you want to make three times your risk or more so the ratio could be 1:3,1:4,1:5 it depends on how much want to gain) to determine if it matches your reward or is more than that. I also checked for reoccurring patterns.
