BTC Finished 4 parts of this fractal and is about to enter the 5th stage, which will be one to remember if traders behave in a similar manner. Considering the fear index (40), BTC is almost in a stage of extreme fear, and the price is above 10000. That means that people are afraid that the price will drop a lot lower.
