I am not worried about my bitcoin. HODL
If you are worried about 5 to 30% give or take bearish movement then you shouldnt be trading crypto.

Patience holders
consolidating phase then to phase E
There needs to be a huge drop before the larger bounce up.
More countries and states are putting the crypto system into there systems.

The US dollar has no value and currency(monopoly Money)

Crypto is going to take over.
We are just in the early stages of adoption!
