What's the deal with your chart?
Levels are marked based on volume profiling, in other words, areas of value defined by market participants past and present.

So what do I do with this?
You can infer probabilities based on reclaiming levels, or losing them. If a resistance does its job, and acts as resistance, look to a level below. If a support does its job and acts as support, look to a level above.

This seems too simple, it probably doesn't work...
I think most people make trading too complicated, and that usually doesn't work either. This chart is meant to give locations of interest. Planning, executing, and managing a trade is something that is every individual traders responsibility.

Okay, so what's your personal opinion on bitcoin?
I am bullish on bitcoin long term, but in the medium to short term I am not convinced. This can change when I see bitcoin reclaim our current overhead resistance, and then demonstrate with follow through to test all time highs.
