Best strategy in TRs is to buy low and sell high. Upper 1/3 is sell zone and bottom 1/3 is buy zone.
Wait for price to reach either upper 1/3 or bottom 1/3, then looks for patterns like:
Wedge Top - Double Top - Wedge Bottom - Double Bottom
Put your protective stop below range bottom if long and above range top if short.
Remember that 80% of trading range breakouts will fail so don't trade breakouts.
