JSE:CCO Capital & Counties Properties Effort Without Response

Capital & Counties have been trading in a downward sloping range. After what looks like a spring price has moved to the upper trend line where sellers stepped in. However, the selling off the peeks has been unable to push prices lower, making higher highs. With volume declining it looks like supply is being absorbed. Once this block of shares has been sold price could have a significant move. My bias is for a break out of the trading range and the markup to continue but will watch for a break lower.
