Time to start paying attention to MJ Stocks (CURLF)?

Possible Bump and Run Bottoming Reversal Pattern forming. Found support from over a year ago and look at the Volume on the daily (Volume precedes Price). Williams Percent Range nearing a bottom on Daily. The smart money is starting to accumulate at these levels, check out any of them CRON, GCG, GTBIF, TCNNF and they all look similar. NFA, just my thoughts.

While I realize the industry continues to fall across their stocks, the Safe Banking Bill has been been reintroduced by the House oR...could this be the time and reversal zone?

Higher highs and higher lows playing out with each news pump...is this administration trying to lure in younger voters and senior citizens with ailments this voting cycle? If the administration / DOJ reclassifies MJ, does that mean MJ businesses get access to banks and can bring in new taxable income?
