DAX Index: Short Target

I believe a 13570 short target is inevitable with medium risk. Many industrial and tech companies are starting to gain notice in Germany and the overall indication of strength of the startup scene have increased. Even though Merkel's policies are regulatory tax wise, companies have still managed to sustain some growth as well as recouping of positive correlations there. I think the expectancy of a year over year average will likely show healthy strength.
