O.k guys. Here we will see if the bearish trend line rejects the price down into the crypto abyss. My thoughts tell me that we have not retraced enough for our wave 4. As you can see, we had 5 clean waves down to form our A wave. What I'm watching for is if our B wave gets rejected at the .5 fib level or possibly breaks and goes up to the 61.8 fib level. Classic technical analysis tells us to measure our A wave then connect it to the top of our B wave to then form our C wave target. My target is around $195-210ish. That target lines up perfect where our wave 4 should end and makes the most sense to me. This is not financial advice, only my opinions.. happy trading..

Ok guys, so we broke the bearish trendline. I was wrong, and I'm wrong because I did not expect our B wave to retrace that high. I still have a strong feeling that this is still an ABC Zigzag correction. I still don't feel that our wave 4 retraced enough. I'm a firm believer that we have to retest the $190-215 zone before we go up into the $350-$400's. What I did was I shorted at the .5 fib level and closed my position at $254. I made a decent profit here. Once we went up passed the $263 which was a little higher than the .5 fib I opened a long and have been riding the trend ever since. If this is the beginning of our wave 5 than it would make sense for us to retrace to at least the .382 fib level after our wave 1 which is $259ish. We will have to wait and see what happens!
