FIX Potential Breakout with Saucer Bottom formation

FIX First time poster so please do not construe my post as any form of advice or recommendation. I'm simply doing this to help me improve my chart analysis and hope to get some useful criticism.

Possible saucer bottom with platform preceded by a long base formation at the beginning of the year. The volume pattern appears to be consistent with a saucer bottom due to its declining volume as the price goes up. Expecting (or rather hoping) for a breakout should volume dramatically pick up.

Feel free to let me know how far off I am. As I said this is a learning experience for me.
