I will post the PIVO for all the players involved right below, this is one of the main reasons why I would watch out for this possibility. It is showing buyers overwhelming sellers in both futures and spot.

I will point out that the XAUUSD Instrument from ICE/IDC has not been signal for gold prices FOR A VERY LONG TIME in comparison to OANDA, futures and even the ETF GLD as of late. THE COUNTER ARGUMENT IS SILVER JUST GOT MONKEY HAMMERED 14.5% LAST NIGHT. PRETTY STRONG SIGN OF A TOP FOR METALS.

2 MAJOR COUNTER ARGUMENTS FOR THIS DARK HORSE ARE:1) Gold just doesn't break out in that manner. Gold does not have a history of taking out major highs on the first attempt (like it just did). So I'm not sure if that point is a great point.
2) Under current 2-day and 6 day regressions, that's too bullish for the curve right now and the 3-day and 9-day as well.
So what next? Let's see what happens next 2 weeks. That's all there is to it. If it hits 2300, mortgage your house and short it.
