- GTLB is likely one of the play for Agentic AI. When other companies like Windsurf, Codium, Cursor are in a goldrush. GTLB is selling shovels.

- AI assisted coding is now a theme and is happening at a fast pace. I'm certain GTLB will be a beneficiary of this trend.

- GTLB has launched various AI based features on its platform which will get adoption and it will be easier for the company to upsell these features.

- P/S for GTLB is depressed. If they even execute on their fiscal goals, re-rating should lift the stock up.

- GTLB should be a 2X in less than 3 years in my opinion given secular shift and macro as a tailwind.

Fair value for GTLB as of now is $68-72

Many investors feared that LLM powered coding will be a headwind for GTLB which is absolutely misunderstanding.

These tools like Codium, Windsurf, Cursor are tailwinds for the stock as oppose to headwinds. These tools assist in coding and helps developer to ship code faster ideally improving developer productivity/speed. But these code need to live somewhere that's where GTLB comes into picture.

GTLB is like home for the code being pushed by the developer where it is tested, built and then it's used to deploy code in the production system.

GTLB new AI tools offers compelling opportunity for the company to upsell it to existing base easily.

GTLB can easily switch on the button on profitability if they want to prioritize that but the company is investing in Research & Development for the future.

GTLB financials looks similar to SPOT where spotify despite having ability to turn profitable was re-investing in the business in 2021-2023
