NIFTY has formed a bear engulfing candle today. Also Index has closed below its previous day low after so many days. Also the trendline has been broken in hourly TF. Index can show some profit booking now.
We planned to buy above 18225 but we did not get a perfect green candle to enter. The buying idea did not work. After some time sell was triggered and index gave a move below 18260 to 18190 levels and that was our 1st target.
Avoid buying as of now. Look for shorting opportunity. The ideal trade will be short below today's low. First target would be 18000.
