Cyclic repeatations within Nifty - Nifty lower degree cycles

IF you analyze the chart, you can see the cycles repeating, How beautiful repeatations. ( but far less beautiful than Paramatma Shiva )
What does that means ? We are just analyzing the cyclic repeations or doing Technical analysis.
Also mark that - The current new low made is actually an end of previous cycle, Really ? Yes, a perfect square meet.
Does that mean a new cycle will go upwards only ? We do not say that, if it is making new downtrend, then you know now how much it will go down.
