We are many who on the Trading View have noted that Nvida has a head shoulder formation. But what best describes the situation now is a REC. The price fluctuates between two lines that are not parallel.
It is also supported by the fact that volume is decreasing throughout the development of REC. There are expressions of indecision among investors, what way are we going?
The hypothesis of head shoulder formation still has some signal-worthy as the price is not broken up through resistance at about 500 or upper line in REC.
Although this REC is expanding, one must assume there will be a break up or down in relation to the REC. It will provide the direction at least in the short term.
