The price has recently formed a head and shoulders formation. We can see that it gave us a textbook trade opportunity. Now after the bearish move, the price as stopped and is moving sideways at the previous support line. In our experience the next move after a bearish head and shoulders pattern is bullish, as the bears are getting exhausted. We believe that the next move should be a bullish bounce off the support line that we mentioned before.
