sell shell?

Coming sunday there will be a OPEC meeting, i expect/think the meeting will have a negative effect on the oil price in the short term and thus think selling today/tomorrow might be a good plan. Shell is currently near it new resistance and could move down but the momentum indicator doesnt support this view. If expecting that the OPEC meeting wouldnt have such a big a effect waiting for a few days might be better
