This is purely educational and I'm sure there will be a lot of upset people as they feel attacked by this - and if this is true for yourself that's good because it might make you re-think/change your mind and learn better methods, Overall I've spent years and years reading/testing many different TA methods and in the end the only ones that I ever found to work well over time were Wave Theory and Pitchforks - so before you start typing up a storm how these other methods work better understand I'm coming from a place of experience...it's not that I didn't try everything I did and well...they suck for the most part.
