U appears to be in a horizontal trading channel.
EL would be top of the rectangle with an uptrend and ES would be a break of the rectangle with a downtrend.
Some would trade inside the rectangle as the bottom trendline can be support until broken and the top is resistance and was slightly broken this am. No clear uptrend was established. High today is 53.27.
I do not see many analysts expecting a beat, but who knows? Trading near earnings is risky.
