Usoil has been on a steady rise after pulling back to retest the lows. Price has reached the 50 fib. We had a rejections here preivously by way of double top that was printed on the weekly time frame. Now that price is retesting the double top we'll have to see if the bulls have enough momentum to break through, or if the 50 fib will prove itself to be resistance and push price to the .236.
