Stellar is looking Stellar right now. There's a lot of movement, so be weary of a pump, but there looks to be some historical supports that XLM has broken through. It's fitting into a nice parallel channel. The supports & resistance seem to follow a Fibonacci sequence. So the second triangle is mere speculation. Safe STOP-LOSS is .12-.14. You can go with .17, but I don't trust it yet until I see some more positive movement.
