I am checking this out and getting mixed signals. If you hold this then no action needed if you are waiting I would wait some more. There might be another flush with BTC or alone. Honestly the resistance and support don't line up and this doesn't move in a way I can understand so I won't be buying any anytime soon. I don't do stories and news only technicals.
'Good NEWS-
it is bouncing perfectly on the 50 moving average and above the fib level.
The 20 is moving up and MIGHT cross 50 soon
breakout above 618 fibonacci level.
if it is an uptrend we have two points to attach a trendline to.
BAD-
50 and 20 MA are inverted. 50 moving average has red arrow ( that means bear market, and it is too early to know if they/when will cross)
volume is weak
no real capitulation it just bubbled sideways until it was out of downtrend
