Not breaking out yet. Another dead cat bounce

Yesterday closed as another dead cat bounce. I expect to see some drops from todays gains.
I'm looking for a good volume positive day, with volume exceeding the 9MA
looking for prices to exceed and sustain above the 50MA.

Until those things happen, I am not in.
