The Bullish view. Price cannot afford to go much lower, otherwise 20 cents becomes a reality! I favor this count more than the bearish scenerio, especially since price had the opportunity to drop much lower but it has stalled (for now). I wouldn't be surprised to see this move rapidly higher!
