FX Impulse Pullback and Pin Bar

Signals:

Green - Long Impulse Pullback
Blue - Long Impulse Pin Bar
Red - Short Impulse Pullback
Yellow - Short Impulse Pin Bar

The pin bar signal has 4 configurable parameters:

Pin Bar Body Size - default 0.333 - the pin bar body size (.333 means the body is at most 33% of the candle)
Pin Bar Pin Size - default 0.6 - the pin bar pin size (0.6 means the pin shadow must be more than 60% of the candle)
Pin Bar Distance from 50 EMA - default 1 (100%) - Minimum distance of pin bar from 50ema as a percent of the ATR
Pin Bar Max Candles - default 10 - Maximum number of candles since the 6->18 EMA crossover
