Returns pattern name by id
Parameters:
id (int): pattern id
Returns: Pattern name

points (chart.point[]): array of chart.point objects
properties (ScanProperties type from Trendoscope/abstractchartpatterns/1): ScanProperties object

ohlcArray (OHLC[] type from Trendoscope/ohlc/1)
Returns: Flag indicating if the pattern is valid, Current Pattern object
