ATR trailing stops

An updated version of Average True Range Trailing Stops Strategy, by Sylvain Vervoort

Includes the orignal functionality, but also includes the price +/- the raw ATR which doesn't flip as the trend changes.

This can be handy for gauging a stop if you want to enter a position before the Sylvain Vervoort ATR flips.

You can toggle the drawing of these upper and lower ATR lines on and off in the input menu
as well as toggle or modify smoothing of the lines.

(note I had to hackily remove the "bars are blue if not enough data", shouldn't be an issue though)
