Description

This indicator analyzes market structure and trend direction using swing-based price action and structural breaks.

Swing highs and lows are derived from a two-candle reversal pattern and tracked as active structural levels. When price breaks a level, the indicator classifies the event as either a Break of Structure (BOS) or a Change of Character (CHoCH) depending on the current trend state.

The script maintains an internal trend model that updates dynamically as structure is broken, allowing traders to distinguish between continuation and potential reversal scenarios. Labels can be filtered to show BOS only, CHoCH only, both, or none.

A trend-colored moving average is included to provide additional visual context, aligning momentum with the current structural bias. The indicator is designed to support price-action–based market structure analysis in both intraday and swing trading environments.
