ICT Custom OPENS

A basic Indicator, meant to delineate Specific ICT reference open times To be used with any ICT model that accounts for such, Time zone is set to the default UTC-4, New York Eastern Time, and all open times can be adjusted manually to the user's liking. Also displays labels for days of the week that can be positioned at the top or bottom of the chart

Basic ICT indicator to delineate legacy opening lines along with a couple extra open lines which can be adjusted to any time the user desires in the settings window, meant to be used as reference or confluence with any ICT model that calls for such. Also added weekday labels, which can be customized in the settings as well. Default time zone for everything is set to UTC- -4 New York Eastern Standard Time.
