Now includes Multi-Time Frame Support

You can view MACD from smaller time frames over a larger one as per preference to your trading style.

Cross Over Alert works on all time frames, both native and overruled.

Added a "Leader" that I use for detecting divergences. I often find that it will pick up divergences that RSI and MACD Standard do not.

Also Individual Cross over alerts for preference either:
- alert MACD cross Signal or;
- alert Leader cross Signal

Both are on by Default - you toggle on / off for your personal choice.

My personal preference is using only the alerts for the Leader Crossing the Signal.

I have also added a Multi Time Frame option - you choose you preferred time frame for lookback.
