⯁ WHAT IS THE MACD❓
The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is a technical analysis indicator developed by Gerald Appel. It measures the relationship between two moving averages of a security’s price to identify changes in momentum, direction, and strength of a trend. The MACD is composed of three components: the MACD line, the signal line, and the histogram.

⯁ HOW TO USE THE MACD❓
The MACD is calculated by subtracting the 26-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA) from the 12-period EMA. A 9-period EMA of the MACD line, called the signal line, is then plotted on top of the MACD line. The MACD histogram represents the difference between the MACD line and the signal line.
Here are the primary signals generated by the MACD:

• Bullish Crossover: When the MACD line crosses above the signal line, indicating a potential buy signal.
  
• Bearish Crossover: When the MACD line crosses below the signal line, indicating a potential sell signal.
  
• Divergence: When the price of the security diverges from the MACD, suggesting a potential reversal.
  
• Overbought/Oversold Conditions: Indicated by the MACD line moving far away from the signal line, though this is less common than in oscillators like the RSI.
