-Added two separate checkboxes: Show Slot Capital and Show Risk Capital
-Slot Capital row displays Account Size / Number of Positions (per-position allocation)
-Risk Capital row displays the calculated risk amount based on the selected Risk Basis and Risk %

-Auto Earnings Mode (earnings-only): automatically reduces risk/position size on earnings (and optional N bars after).
-Earnings marker controls: show/hide marker, choose above/below bar, customize marker text.
-Minimum Stop Distance (%): blocks sizing if the stop is too tight.
-Stop Distance (%) display: optional table row showing the computed stop distance used for sizing.
-Dynamic table height: table auto-sizes its row count so bottom anchors don’t float.
-Timeframe-anchored entry basis: sizing now uses ATR TF close or EMA TF close (positional consistency).
