Session important reference lines

This indicator automatically plots crucial price reference points for the Regular Trading Hours (RTH) session, including Yesterday's High/Low/Close, Session Open, Midpoint, and the Initial Balance (IB) range with its 2x extension.

In the example above the lines are:
Dotted green - Today's open price
Dashed yellow - Today's mid line
Solid yellow - Initial Balance high/low
Dotted yellow - Initial Balance extension

Dotted dark green - Previous session high
Dotted dark red - Previous session low
Dotted orange - Previous session close

Per BenkoTrader request, draw the IB lines, once settled, as "lines" and not "plot", so they are more crisp and strong.

Added "show last price" option which will draw a dashed line from the last bar close price to the price axis
