"Confirmed Pathway" are confirmed as per constraints by each of those projected lines.
Possible projection may go through the body of "Projection Zone" between Price Range: 8.90 to 9.85 & Date Range: 7th to 15th (Dec 2016).
Optimism Message: It will continue $9.45 upwardly and pass $9.85, possibly $10.00. If it did reached above $10. The psychological implication of rounded number "$10.00" make it seem as if it's a very big number and may well push upwardly even more. But the downside may be that, it's "high enough" and all shareholder will sell as it is enough. That is the risk.
