Price seems to like this 1.06 level a lot right now. Leading up to the FOMC meeting I will not be expecting huge 100 point move days. With that said the FOMC meeting will be something to take into consideration as a lot of the market is now pricing in a rate hike.
But, as the market is now pricing in that hike it is the forward guidance on future rate hikes people will be paying attention to, not the hike itself. If the FOMC say that they will be looking to see what the data does for another rate hike then that could lead to a sell off in the USD. Just something to consider.
