I find those levels interesting because those are Fibonacci clusters - where multiple fib's line up. Marked with green arrows.

Quick update I stretched the grey Fib retracement box, that ends at 144.00 to the right.
Added 2 Fib price extensions. From left. First is from 129.03 to 136.92 and it groups with greys 0.786 (136.89)
Second price extension is from (a) 134.4 to (b) 140.02 and (c) 136.21
Green arrows can help you understand where we are.
Pale blue arrow is new one and marks R level at 136.892 that seems to hold.
It's also a 0.786 for Fib retracement box.
As of now 139.95 is still "The R"
