I don't know much about Particl, but I've been doing some CoinMarketCap filters to find low circulating supply tokens at lower price levels. Particl stands out not only as one of these, but is doing well enough for the moment to: a) have broken out of a descending channel into a descending triangle that has been showing higher lows (possible bear flag?), and b) to appear near enough to breaking out of the pennant to jump up fairly quickly to a low Fib level just over 130,250.
Its upturn comes at a time when most other alts are getting their asses handed to them, so I'm going to be doing some more research. Also, at these low prices, it's hard to imagine how a pretty low circulation coin can't come back strong if the fundamentals and team are solid.
