542 / 573 are important level for Tata Motors (closing high in Sept 2016 / & Jan 2017 )
Given the set up one may consider selling 560 Call option currently around 12
Max profit potential Rs 34200/- per lot (yield potential 9% on Margin requirement till 28 Oct expiry)
Loss protection for a rise up to 572. The stock has seen a tremendous rally in last couple of days and the strategy would require cooling off in the stock momentum and / or sideways movement to be profitable.
The strategy covers risk for a rise in stock price up to 572 till expiry
