TSLA, One more leg up is coming ! Long at support!
TSLA is going to rise again and make a new ATH !
TSLA ,in great picture, is inside an up going parallel channel and these days sell of more than likely is just a correction to the main trend.
Currently, TSLA is beautifully forming an abc form of correction inside a minor declining parallel channel. Mentioned correction probably will end at strong proposed support around 890 USD formed by confluence of : 1. 50% retracement of previous rally 2. Former ATH static support 3. Base of major up going parallel channel and 4. Base of minor down going parallel channel. What an amazing and strong support !
Stochastic indicator is reaching to oversold zone while price is reaching to the support ! An ideal set up to go long !
If true, TSLA will make a new ATH after resumption of bull trend. Next target is 1344-1467 zone ! We can make our target more precise based on internal structure of up coming up going wave.
Please note this is before the fact prediction. We should never go long at proposed supports unless we find a strong bullish sign.
I am ready to take my profit from TSLA by opening a long position and forgot the great chance I missed before ! Actually I am watching carefully for reversing my position since I am currently short on TSLA.
If you are stock holder , No Worries for now but I strongly recommend you to think about saving profits after a new ATH.
