According to my analysis 
USOIL should run till this zone due both Technical and Fundamental Reasons. It could possible not go to the zone and reverse before so stay cautious. I'll be talking longs in the short time frames and let it run up, view every dip from a buyers perspective. The best way to take advantage of this opportunity is shorting 
USDCAD due to it sitting in it's multiweek channel top.
