CH-I: Trend - Higher Timeframe Body

I took the script for the built-in indicator for candle bodies of a higher timeframe (tradingview.com/support/solutions/43000502591-multi-time-period-charts/) which has a fixed border width and style and added the possibility to customize both the border width and the border style or to even disable the display of any border at all, which makes the presentation of those boxes more flexible.

Added the possibility to choose the calculation method of the body of the bars either from the High/Low values (as existent) or in addition from the Open/Close values of the higher timeframe. If calculated from the Open/Close values, the High/Low values can additionally be shown as wicks.

This way, also a complete OHLC candle presentation of the higher timeframe is being achieved.
