RSI_BB_EMASPREAD for profittrailer v2

Script to assess the combination of RSI, BB & EMASPREAD triggers for profittrailer v2. The script also includes an alert mechanism, use it via the standard tradingview alerts.

Be mindful of being on the correct candle length. 5 minutes usually.
Let me know if you think something should be improved. Feedback is appreciated.

- all 3 strategies are now optional and can be combined as one pleases. Tick / untick the different triggers as desired.

Made BB multiplier variable, as you can set it in PT2 now
