"Crypto Fusion Signal" is a comprehensive analytical indicator designed specifically for the cryptocurrency market. By fusing Volume and Open Interest (OI) data from multiple sources, it aims to help traders identify potential market trends, key supply and demand zones, and possible entry and exit points. The core of this indicator lies in its unique "Fusion Signal" function, which combines the confirmation of both volume anomalies and significant changes in open interest to provide a stronger basis for trading decisions.

Fusion Signal Function:

This is the core feature of the indicator, combining the aforementioned volume anomalies and OI anomalies.


Volume Function:

The indicator employs the Z-Score algorithm to measure the deviation of the current volume from its recent average level. Users can customize this calculation by selecting different moving average types (SMA, EMA, WMA) and period lengths.

Open Interest (OI) Function:

Multi-Exchange Data Aggregation: To provide a more comprehensive view of market open interest, the indicator fetches perpetual contract OI data for specific trading pairs from multiple major exchanges (e.g., Binance, Kraken) and aggregates them to calculate the total OI change (deltaOI).
Dynamic Threshold Mechanism: The indicator uses a dynamic threshold based on the moving average of OI changes to identify significant increases or decreases in open interest. Users can adjust the "Threshold Multiplier" to customize the sensitivity of this threshold. When the OI change exceeds this dynamically calculated threshold, it is considered a significant OI anomaly.


How to use

Watch Fusion Signals: When a Convergence Signal K-line (yellow by default) appears, it indicates that the market is experiencing significant volume and position changes at the same time at that price level, which could signal a trend initiation, acceleration, or reversal.
Focus on supply/demand zones: Supply/demand zones formed by converging signal K-lines can act as potential support or resistance levels. Price behavior around these areas is worth focusing on.
Observation of changes in trading volume: a comprehensive judgment of the market context.

Settings:

Enables/disables the fusion signal function and marks K-lines with a specific color.
Displays supply and demand zones drawn based on fusion signals.
Moving average period for calculating the volume Z-Score.
Type of moving average used for Z-Score calculation.
Enables/disables calculating the significance threshold of OI changes.
