Diamond Oscillator

A volatility-structure oscillator that detects expansion-contraction cycles in price action and converts them into a zero-centered momentum signal.

The indicator identifies moments where bar range expands significantly then contracts to a tight point (or vice versa), calculates the geometric center of each formation, and measures that center's deviation from a longer-term mean.
