TTP MC signal

This signal is based on Market Cipher.

It triggers a 1 for a buy the divergence signal which is less frequent and more conservative.
It triggers a 1.5 for the normal signal which is more frequent and more risky.
It triggers a 2 for a sell signal which is also using a divergence.

You can use this values to backtest.

It contains alerts for each of the separated signals.

- Updated to Pine Script v5
- Label "MC Backtest Signal" added to make it easier to identify which source should be used for backtesting and integration with backtesters like Absolutno. Only use this as source from now on to prevent any issues.
- Signals are shown in overlay mode in the price itself and no longer using a separated panel.

Instructions:
- Remove any old version of TTP MV Signal from your chart.
- Add it again
- Confirm you are using TTP MC Signal version 0.2
